HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please read our return policy below before returning any items:
Once you are ready to process your return, please email us at:

- Include your order number or digital receipt in your email
- Let us know the reason for your return:
- Do you want to exchange it for a different color or product?
- Do you want a full refund?
- Is the product damaged or defective?
If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the prices of the item only. Return shipping charges will not be refunded. Our policy is the customer must pay for all shipping expenses on the return/exchange of any SYMPL product. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments. Once we receive your return we will refund your original form of payment (minus the return shipping fee) and email you the refund receipt.
• Returns must be made within 30 days.
• Items must NOT be USED, WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED or WASHED.
• Items must have tags attached to be returnable or in their original packaging.
If the above conditions are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 30 days from the day you received the goods for a full refund or exchange.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
