WARRANTY CLAIMS

Sympl Supply Co™️  branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty applies to all Sympl branded products. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.  Please note that all warranty claims will require photo proof of the product issue in order for the warranty to be effective.  Submit your claim below for the product you are enquiring about and a Sympl Squad member will get back to you within 48 hours.

  • Leashes

    Leash Limited Warranty Details:

    • Sympl Re-Leashes are guaranteed for 5 years against defects in materials and workmanship.
    • Sympl Standard Leashes are guaranteed for 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship.
    • Warranty is covered for the original owner, and valid only in the USA.

  • Traction Pads

    Traction Pad Limited Warranty Details:

    • Sympl traction pads have a 10 year limited warranty.
    • Warranty is covered for the original owner, and valid only in the USA.

    The warranty covers against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect application, natural wear and tear, neglect or abuse.  Faulty product that is covered under the warranty claim will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Sympl.  Warranty does not cover sympl traction if wax or traction pads have previously been applied to the surfboard.  To make a warranty claim, fill out the form below.  All warranty claims must include proof of purchase  (sales receipt with date of transaction.)

    Boardbag Limited Lifetime Warranty Details:

    • Warranty is covered for the original owner, and valid only in the USA.

    Limited Lifetime Warranty unfortunately does not mean your lifetime. Our product is not meant to last the lifetime of the owner but the lifetime of the product itself.  Our limited lifetime warranty is valid for 10 years from date of purchase.

    The Warranty Covers Against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect or abuse.  Sympl will repair or replace, at its discretion, any products found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use and still within the lifespan of the product. Sympl will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred because of loss or misuse of the product.

    • Manufacturing Defects will be up to the discretion of Sympl, and Sympl will determine the lifespan of the product and whether a product has a Manufacturing Defect or if it is suffering wear and tear.

    Sympl May Choose to repair, instead of replacing the item. If a product is repairable we will instruct you on how and where to ship the product to and Sympl will repair the product free of charge.

    • Airline Damage is not covered under warranty and will not be covered by damages caused by transit, or in-proper handling of product. If the product is damaged by an airline or transportation company, please contact the transportation company directly and immediately for assistance as they will be responsible for any damage.
