Sympl Warranty

All of our products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.   If a product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect in materials and workmanship we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. This warranty is available for products purchased on www.symplofficial.com or with proof of purchase from an authorized reseller. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered.  Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.  Please contact us in this situation at  hello@symplofficial.com
